A large suburb with a busy High Street and plenty of family homes, Feltham has many drivers who cannot spare the car; ask us about collection and a courtesy car.
Family life in a big suburban town runs on the car. When it needs a service or goes wrong, the question is rarely whether it needs fixing but how on earth to get it to the garage and manage meanwhile. Many Feltham homes have driveways but not much spare time.
For that reason we offer free collection alongside a service or repair booking, plus a courtesy car where we have one available. Both are subject to availability, eligibility and booking conditions. We cannot promise either for every job, but we can tell you quickly whether they are possible for your car, your address and your dates.
You ring or send an enquiry with your address, your registration and a note of what is wrong. If we can arrange free collection, the car is picked up and taken to our workshop in Hayes. It is inspected, we talk you through what is wrong and recommend the work, with the estimate agreed before anything is touched. You agree, we do the job, and the car is returned. Because collection depends on availability and eligibility, mentioning it at the very start of the call helps us plan.
With school runs, work and shopping to cover, a courtesy car can make a repair far less disruptive. It is subject to availability, so it is not on offer with every job, and sometimes the diary simply does not allow it. Explain how long you could be without your own car and who else may need to drive. Ask what conditions go with it, and what you will need to do at handover. We would rather you know now than find out at the door.
Ask whether your address and car are eligible for collection. Ask whether a courtesy car is free on the dates you need and what conditions apply. Ask how your car will come back, and when we will contact you with the estimate. If you have a driveway, say so; if the car is blocked in, say that too. A few minutes of questions up front can save a day of back and forth once the car is in the workshop.
Feltham is a large suburban town in Hounslow borough, south of Heathrow, with a busy High Street and many family homes and driveways. Our garage is at Chesterfield Way, Hayes, UB3 3NW. Drivers from Hounslow, Cranford and Heston get in touch with us as well, and the collection and courtesy car conversation is the same. If you can drive the car in, you are welcome to. If not, call us and we will see what is possible.
We also help drivers with vehicle collection and courtesy car from nearby Hounslow, Cranford, Heston, and the garage in Hayes is the base for all of it.

“These guys are brilliant. Super-friendly, super-knowledgable and first class service.”
Usually that is straightforward to discuss, though collection remains subject to availability, eligibility and booking conditions. Tell us your address and whether the car can be moved, and we will confirm what we can do.
Yes. Before any repair begins you get the diagnosis and a clear estimate. You then decide whether to go ahead, so nothing is done to the car without your agreement.
Tell us when you book. We cannot promise timescales, as parts and the type of work decide how long a job takes, but we will say what looks realistic and whether a courtesy car could help.
