If getting your car to the garage is the hard part, tell us when you book and we will explain what collection and courtesy car arrangements might be possible for your job.
At MTS Garage Services, we understand that being without your vehicle can disrupt your working day, family commitments and everyday routine.
That's why we aim to make vehicle servicing and repairs as convenient as possible with our vehicle collection and courtesy car services.
Whether your car requires routine maintenance, mechanical repairs or more extensive workshop attention, our team can discuss collection arrangements and courtesy vehicle availability when you book.
Our goal is to reduce the inconvenience of visiting the garage and help you stay mobile while your vehicle receives the attention it needs.
Contact MTS Garage Services to confirm collection eligibility, courtesy car availability and any applicable booking conditions.

Some people simply cannot drop a car off. You might be at work across the day, looking after children, or have no second vehicle to get you home afterwards. In those cases, ask about free collection when you book your service or repair. We will check whether your job and location suit it, then agree arrangements with you. It is not automatic for every booking, because it depends on availability, eligibility and the conditions that apply at the time, so please do not assume it until we have confirmed it. Make sure we have the vehicle's location, where the keys will be and the easiest way to reach you. Once the car is with us, we look at it, explain what we find and give you a clear estimate before any repair begins.

A courtesy car is there to keep your week running while yours is in the workshop, whether that means getting to work, doing the school run or reaching appointments. It is offered subject to availability, so it is not promised for every job, and a quick service may not need one at all. The sensible approach is to raise it when you first call rather than on the morning of the booking. Tell us how long you expect to be without your own car, who needs to drive and what you need it for. Ask what you need to bring, what the conditions of use are, and what happens if the repair runs longer than expected once the fault is properly diagnosed.
A short list of questions saves misunderstandings later. First, is collection available for my address and the work I need? Second, is a courtesy car available on the date I want, and are there any conditions attached to using it? Third, how will you keep me updated if the diagnosis changes the plan? Fourth, how and when will the car be returned to me, and who needs to be there? Write the answers down, or ask for them by email. Whether you need a routine service, brakes, a clutch or a more involved engine or gearbox repair, the same applies: the cost and scope are explained and agreed with you before the work starts.

Not necessarily. Collection depends on availability, whether you are eligible and the booking conditions at the time. Ask when you book, and give us your address and the work you need. We will tell you plainly whether it can be arranged, so you can make other plans if it cannot.
A courtesy car is subject to availability and is not promised for every job. Some visits are short enough that you will not need one. If you rely on your car for work or family, say so when booking so we can discuss what is realistic for your dates.
Give us the vehicle's location, the make and model, the work you want done, and the easiest way to contact you. Mention if the car is not driveable or has any warning lights showing. It also helps to say where the keys will be and when someone will be available.
We explain the fault, recommend the work and give you a clear estimate before repairs begin. If we find something further after looking closer, we talk to you first and wait for your agreement. Ask us how that would affect any courtesy car arrangement, so there are no surprises.
Tell us about your vehicle and we will be in touch.
